Additional Services
Nail Clip
Within the comfort of your own home I am experienced in clipping nails for dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs!
(Owners will need to hold their pets for nail trims).

Tick removal
PET taxi
Using a specialist tool I am able to visit your home and remove ticks from your pets! I can also advise on preventative tick and flea treatments!

Pet taxi service (for animals only) prices include drop off at location and collection/return home - £8
Additional £6 fee for waiting with your pet for half an hour. For example - taking your pet to a vet practice for vaccinations and returning pet home after appointment.
Administer medication
I offer this service for owners with animals that require pre prescribed veterinary medication, such as blood pressure tablets or insulin injections. This may be needed when owners are away on holiday or simply if you require help giving medications!

Ear Clean
Under the RCVS Veterinary Nurse code of conduct, The Pet Nurse Cheshire cannot dispense medication nor diagnose your pet with an ear infection, however I am able to efficiently clean the ear and help administer pre prescribed medicated ear drops.

post op care
This service offers help to owners in their own home, to administer treatment care plans, prescribed by their registered vet for requirements such as post op physiotherapy or palliative care.

KEY COLLECTION
Key collection is free for all new clients and will be organised prior to services beginning. Insurance documents and DBS certificate for The Pet Nurse will be shown and paper work is completed at an initial visit.
All existing clients will incur a £2 fee for each additional key collection. All keys are stored in a secure lock box.

Additional travel cost
£3/per five miles/day - for all additional services required over 5 miles away from the Alsager postcode area.
