Q: Will I still be charged if I cancel my pre-arranged dog walk or pet sitting visit last-minute?
Since I will likely have had to decline another pet owner to accommodate for your booking, I ask that you let me know 24 hours in advance for DOG WALKING and 48 hours in advance for PET SITTING VISITS, if you need to cancel your scheduled service. If advanced notice is not received, I may still ask that you pay the full outstanding balance.

Q: How do I know my dog is safe around the other dogs on the walk?
All dogs are given an assessment/trial walk. Upon owners request or for less sociable dogs individual walks can be offered. The dogs who interact well with other dogs are welcome to the group walks. Should a dog become problematic on a walk, I will politely alert the owner and discuss the possibility of individual walks only.
